Jake Herndon
Jake is a Senior Vice President, Wealth & Trust Advisor at Extraco Banks. He has over 34 years of experience in the fiduciary services industry & specializes in corporate & non-profit retirement plans, estate planning, portfolio management & personal trusts. A graduate of Abilene Christian University, Jake is a long-time member of the Temple Lions Club, where he’s served as secretary, & currently serves as treasurer. As a community volunteer, he is also the current treasurer of the Association for Pet Adoption Center, & the former treasurer of the Temple Ronald McDonald House. He and his wife have 2 children & are members of the Western Hills Church of Christ where he serves as an elder.
Hudson Kennedy
Hudson, a commercial lender at Extraco Banks, embarked on his journey as a CPA in public accounting before transitioning to banking 2 years ago. A Belton native, he earned a BBA from Abilene Christian University. After 8 years in Houston, he & his wife returned to Central Texas, drawn by the ideal community to raise their 3 children. Now residing in Salado, they engage with Grace Community Church & are dedicated to keeping up with their energetic children.
Erin Kiella
Dr. Erin M. Kiella is an executive VP & consultant at Real Property Analytics, Inc., specializing in real estate value impact analysis. Her skills encompass complex valuation methods, statistical modeling, & econometrics. Formerly, she was a Research Economist at Texas A&M’s Real Estate Research Center. Erin holds a PhD in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M & a BBA in Finance & Economics from Loyola University. She resides in Temple with her husband and their two children.

Nikki lives in Salado, with her husband and 2 daughters. She has a BS in Nutritional Sciences from Texas A&M & is an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant.
Nikki has been invested in her philanthropic work & building community partnerships in the Bell County area for more than 20 years. She’s served on the Friends of the Temple Public Library board since 2004 & served as president from 2022 to 2024. She has been a member of the Junior League of Bell County as an active member and now sustainer member since 2007, & served as President from 2014 to 2015. Nikki served on the CAC’s Wildflower Guild board from 2018 to 2024, was the Temple Junior Cotillion Chairperson for 5 years, & President from 2022 to 2023. Further, she served on the Central Texas Orchestral Society board from 2022 to 2024. Nikki also devoted her time to being a volunteer youth group leader with her husband at Christ Episcopal Church from 2018 to 2024.
In her free time, Nikki enjoys traveling with her family, reading, cooking, entertaining, laughing as much as possible, & ending up on any beach.
Logan McClinton
Logan was born & raised an hour northeast of Temple in the small town of Hubbard, TX. He attended Texas Tech where he graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Energy Commerce. He continued to live & work in Lubbock until February of 2022 when he moved to Temple for a job at CentraLand Title Company. Along with his involvement in Bell Community Foundation, he is currently a member of Bell County Rising Leaders & a graduate of Leadership Temple, where he continues to serve as Curriculum Chair & President Elect. In his free time, he enjoys attending Vista Community Church, playing slow-pitch softball, & below average rounds of golf.
Tom Normand
Tom was raised in Belton & graduated from Belton High School. He attended the University of Texas, Baylor University School of Law, & obtained a Masters of Law from George Washington University School of Law. He is board certified in estate planning & probate by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization & is a Fellow in the American College of Trust & Estate Counsel. Since 1976, he has practiced law in Temple, where he specializes in estate planning & probate.
Eric Stoebner
Eric Stoebner is a shareholder with the law firm of Harrell, Stoebner & Villanueva, P.C. with offices in Temple. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University and Baylor Law School. His areas of practice include real estate, estate planning, probate, guardianships, business transactions, and civil litigation, and he is board certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. In his free time, he is a tennis player, soccer referee, and Assistant Scoutmaster in Scouts BSA.
Bill Stokes
Bill Stokes retired from Extraco Banks after 41 years as head of the Trust Division, responsible for fiduciary management of personal, corporate, nonprofit, and foundation clients. He has been engaged in leadership roles in many civic and professional organizations since moving to Temple in 1976. Bill and his wife Lynda, a retired teacher, have two adult children, Brian and Kelly Garcia, who are also active in serving our community.
